    After overlooking the evidence found here for your ban, I have decided to deny this 2nd appeal of yours. First off, scamming is illegal on ECC and what you did was incredibly wrong and unacceptable. I see no effort or honesty in your appeal or attempts to even fix what you did wrong.

    Secondly, I would like for you to go over our Server Rules here and find and quote the rule in which you broke. Next, there needs to be some form of explanation on how you will further prevent this from happening again and how you will repay for the scam you caused.

    Until you can put more work and truth into your appeal, this will have to be dismissed. Please follow the instructions I have given to you above if you wish to have a speedy appeal and return to our server.
