    Reason: I logged on today on 1/26/13 to find I was banned by moderator generaljoecool for apparently swearing at a mod which is completely absurd.
    Counter-Reason: I have not been on Eco City Craft for a few months, probably haven't been on since early December, and I log on today with this message. I have been banned before for inappropriate language, which was caused by my younger brother. I haven't spent much time on my computer, and usually leave my minecraft username / password pre-signed in for easy use. I apologize for anyone I offended, especially to Generaljoecool because he was the moderator that banned me. I would also like to mention that I was a donator of this server for $50+, and again I apologize for what may of happened.
    Evidence: I do not have any evidence of anything, I haven't logged in forever and saw this message. I have no evidence supporting me.

    I do remember when this ban happen, someone on your account asked for a moderator to answer a questing in global chat, and when I answered you responded in a racial slur swearing at me. While I know leaving it set to remember password is easier to log in, you are responsible for all actions taken on your account. If there is someone that can gain access without your permission, I would remove that option, and change your password. As for the rule your account broke, I hope you have taken this month off to thing about what was said, swearing at players, or even using racial slurs is not allowed at all on this server. Asking for a moderator in global just to swear at him with no reason, is not something that anybody on this server wants to deal with. While you are waiting for a supermod+ to review this case, I would take a moment to read up on the server rules found here.

    As generaljoecool said, please reread the rules. Vulgar language on our server is not tolerated. We do have young kids on our server and said language would not be appropriate for them. Make sure this never happen again.
