banned for IP spam/connection issue​

Rule Violated:

I've looked through the rules but im really having a hard time finding a rule regarding connectivity?​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

I am going to assume that my client's auto reconnect caused this? If it did not please let me know what happened, the ban reason is a bit vague​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:

Because I am awesome? I didn't set out to intentionally violate a server rule and I want to be able to address the issue if I can.​

 

I am not sure if I can get a new IP from my ISP... I use a wireless provider in the country. I have no issue disabling auto reconnect, ive never had an issue before though?

 

Also, when I am out and about I use my mobile hotspot to game, which uses a different IP address every time. So essentially my IP changes for that every time I restart my device. I will contact my home ISP to see if they can change my IP address, if they cannot what options do I have for when I am home? (Logi's connection is my home ISP, rarely do I login with that while i am out and about)
