I am glad that you want to appeal your ban and rejoin the server, however there are a few things that I need to say. First, the staff team is not allowed to consider any appeals that are not filed in the correct format, so you will have to file a new appeal in the correct format (which I will leave at the end of this post). It is best to state the ban reason exactly as it appears on the disconnect screen, and to be honest in your responses to the questions.
