Counter Reason: I was not advertising when I said

Daevir: If you had the exp to name a sword what would you name it?

Daevir: I would name mine <snip>

Evidence: my evidence to my counter-reason was that I was just saying <snip>and <snip>is a mini-game and not a name of a server and its only advertising if I say the ip of the server or mention the server so I couldn't of been advertising.

This was a repost of the other Ban appeal as the other one was Locked and Denied for wrong format.

I don't know what kind of person enforces the rules so hard for me to get banned for saying the name of a mini-game that is on different servers. Has this server been this evil from the start. I might have to find a different server soon
