Reason of Ban: Moderate crop grief
Rule violated: Section 2, Clause 1 - Griefing
Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Breaking and/or entering someone else's property.
Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I feel that I reacted childishly and immaturely by griefing other people's property in the town I resided in. Although I originally believed my actions to be justified. after further reflection, I have found that my actions were inexcusable at best. I understand that I did in fact decide to consciously choose to grief from the other members of the town, though the actions of my griefing did at the time seem to be profitable, after further hindsight they proved to be seriously negative toward myself. So in the end the actions of my griefing proved to be a overall bad and regrettable decision of mine.

I'm honestly thrilled to see you've decided to appeal.
I'd like to personally thank you for providing us with such a detailed reasoning as for why you feel you're ready to return. After reading through those few sentences, it's more than clear that you've learned from this mistake and are ready to move on from it for the better.
Regarding grief, it's clear that you're now aware of the rules. Any sort of grief in a protected region is not tolerated at all here on ECC. That being said, grief isn't limited to actual block grief. Grief comes in all shapes and different sizes. Although, I'm not really concerned that this will be an issue for you down the line, at least I can hope. Please keep in mind if actions similar to these actually do persist within the future the punishment will not be as lenient.
Anyway, seeing as this is your first offense for moderator grief I will be issuing you a 6 hour temp ban. During the extent of your temp, I'd furthermore like you to spend some time reviewing the rules which can be found here. Other than that, I look forward to seeing you in game soon, and once again welcome back to ECC!
