Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:
So first off let me start by saying that at first i didn't even know this was a rule because above stated It is not currently legal to take from unlocked chests.
So i didn't find out until AFTER i sold all that i looted that now its so called illegal. That is no excuse for breaking a rule and I am sorry for breaking it. But let me just say once again it states right there if the chest is unlocked its fair game and thats what i saw. Then i scrolled down some more and saw the lwc changes and was like oh of course i missed that after i sold my findings and in my head im like "well now im screwed" i was not surprised to see my account banned. I also find out today December 19th you can loot without consequences. But im out of luck.

Also such a critical rule change of this caliber just cant be put in and expect everyone to notice as soon as its up. Especially for people like me who do not log on everyday cause of work etc.... is it seriously expected for everyone to check the forums EVERYDAY to make sure every single little step of there video game experience is "in the rules?" no thats just not fun for the player and if it is expected to check the forums every second of the day to make sure nothing is changed i disagree with that.

Can we just take a second and think about this? Taking from an UNLOCKED chest is illegal.......UNLOCKED. So you mean to tell me if a builder scrolls across an unlocked chest with loads of diamonds they are going to say " Oh we let me look at section blah blah to make sure this is ok!!" no the builder is going to say oh snap diamonds!!! in an unlocked chest. Unlocked chest should be fair game like they once were now all the sudden its frowned upon.

After 6 months!! of not touching a chest it becomes unlocked ok, so if you haven't touched that chest in 6 months and it becomes unlocked then that is on you!!! I just don't see a world were taking from an UNLOCKED chest in a VIDEO GAME is a big deal and everyone freaks out. I will sit here and say if someone found my chests that were unlocked (Good luck btw) then FAIR GAME if you take it out my chest then its yours because it was unlocked and that is my fault!!

But of course i am sorry for taking from an unlocked lwc chest i wont take anymore now that i am fully aware of the big rule change. So i apologize for my wrong doing and would like to return to ECC.
