A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

I feel that I should be unbanned because I want to fix the damage that I've caused in the community these past few years because to be honest, I had a good start about last year early November, but a few days later all hell broke loose and I painted a horrible image for myself on this server, I've scammed, I've harrassed, I've disrespected others... and to be quite frank, I'm sorry. I apologize to the community and to be more specific, I apologize to the people in specific who were affected more directly by what I've done. Matrix_rep, DrowningInPizza, Dgam, Schloty, Expiplusone and all the others who I've affected in the last year... I apologize for the negative affect I've had on all of you and the community. I am hoping you will be so generous as to give me a chance to show you all I've changed and that I'm different.. that I can put in the hard work required to repay this big debt back of over 3M+.

This is your last chance, and this is only in the interest that you pay back the users you owe. You will be on a strict payment schedule. I am designating you weekly payments, if these payments are not met the users you owe will be perfectly within their right to file a complaint on you. I also don't want to see anymore fights with your with the people you owe about whether you can pay or not, you owe money and you have no reason to be angry with the people you owe, there will be no drama over that.

If I find you banned for missing any payments you will not be returning, again this is your final warning. Your responsibility is to pay your debt, this is no free ride. I also expect your general attitude and behavior to be better as well. As you said in your appeal you had a lot more issues than just the loan scamming. This is your chance to show you've changed.
