Clause 2 - Scamming

• A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
• Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

I committed the act of loan scamming.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

This rule essentially means that players are not allowed to scam other players on ecocitycraft. I can't steal money or items from other players without properly paying for those services.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:

It's been a long time since I've been on this server and I am really sorry for loan scamming the players that I did. I truly am sorry and I take full responsibility for my actions I just hope that I can rejoin this great server and continue to have a great experience. I understand that this isn't the first time that I have been banned, but I am now much more mature and civilized. I strongly hope that you guys would allow me to return to this server because it would mean the world to me. I am again very sorry for what I did.

I'm pretty sure Turt is trying to squeeze money out of this while trying to be Mr. Nice Guy at the same time. The above is quoted from a conversation I just started with Turt. I really don't owe money to Turt Kuk. On my ban it says I owe Maco and Slvrpme money, and I'm pretty sure some more people like devotedtochrist.
