  • A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
  • Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
This rule essentially means that players on ecocitycraft are not allowed to cheat other users by stealing items or services from them. Players are not allowed to take loans and then not pay them back. Players cannot also solicit services from other players without proper payment, this offense is therefore bankable on this server. I completely understand the meaning of this rule.

Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:

This is my second appeal for this ban and I wish to first says that I am truly sorry for taking a loan from Maco and Slvrpme without paying it back. I understand that this is loan scamming and wish to return to the server to repay my debts as well as continue to enjoy Ecocitycraft as I sincerely miss the server. I know that I shouldn't have taken out so many loans when I knew that it would have been difficult to pay back. I'm also beginning to realize that it was a mistake to take a small loan during the previous period in which I was unbanned because it just made my job harder. The reason I took that loan was to purchase tools and equipment needed to efficiently mine and farm so that I could pay back my debts as soon as possible. I plan to set a goal of making around 20k per day until my debt is completely repaid in full. I'm hoping to accomplish this primarily through mining as well as farming. I also plan to dabble in the stock market a little bit due to the real life knowledge I already have with the system. I will not however gamble in any way because I know that in the end I will always lose money. I hope that you take all of this into consideration when determining whether or not to urban me; I would also like to add that I may have forsaken the trust of many of the staff members on this server, and the fact that this isn't the first time I've been banned, but I truly wish to settle this once and for all. I still have a little over a month of summer vacation left so I plan to commit as much time as I can per day to earn money to repay my debts. The 20k per day is simply the minimum amount I plan to earn; I really think that I can exceed that on a daily basis.

I'm again really sorry for taking out so many loans and for not repaying my debt on time the previous attempts I've been given to settle the money that I owe. I know that staff as well as the people I owe money may be getting tired of my shenanigans thus far, but this time around I will repay the money that is owed and plan to move forward with my time on this server in the most lawful and best fashion that I can. I really miss ECC since this really is the best economy server to play on, the first of which that I've seen to implement a stock market as well as a sports book. In the end, I really just want to pay my debts and enjoy my time on ECC. I plan to settle the debt of 160k to Maco as well as 115k to Slvrpme plus some other debts that I may have to other players that may post on this appeal. I understand that I may be getting a little repetitive here, but I really want to get back on the server and repay my debts. This truly is one of the best Minecraft servers out there. EDIT: Can you guys consider not giving me a temp ban because it has been so long and I have also revised the rules. I just want to maximize the time I have this summer to repay my debts. I hope that you can take this into consideration.
