(This was ~2 years ago) my keyboard got unplugged and, at the time i didnt realize it was unplugged, so i was just pressing a bunch of crap on my keyboard to see if pressing something would plug it back in, when i did plug it back in it took a second for it to register the keyboard. So, as unlikely as it seems, i pressed ctrl+v and then enter a bit later as i was still facerolling on the keyboard. I know this sounds unlikely, but it is true- i promise by it. I acknowledge that there was no way anyone could tell that i didnt mean for it to happen, so yeah
