Reason: Grief in the protected land of Gimw by not replanting farms
Counter Reason: I was banned for using a public farm, as stated by a moderator 2 minutes ago, the farm is the block. not the stem. I considered the farm to be the building and not the crops or harvest? You dont break a melon block and say hey look at this farm. the farm is the building itself. which Is why I did what I did, It was a public farm, as said to me by the owner of the town/farm so, I figured I was aloud to harvest all the inside belongings, I took only "farm" associated things. such as melon stalks and the melon itself. I didnt take the brick or whatever else was inside because they werent crops/harvest A little bit of a misunderstanding by me and the owner.
Evidence: the evidence is that I didnt replant farms. that is all.

Hello again,
After researching into your ban further, it appears as though you have griefed more than just "a" public farm. After reviewing your first grief report, you have griefed multiple farms, 10 to be exact. This kind of griefing is not tolerable at all on this server for it breaking the rights that you were given. You need to understand that on this server we consider griefing of farms to include not replanting the crops, such as potatoes, carrots and cocoa beans. We also consider griefing of farms to be when you break the stems of melons and pumpkins without replanting them. With this new knowledge, please take some time to understand it then file a new ban appeal.
More recently, it appears as though you have been convicted of further grief in the same town, this time to houses. In case you are not familiar with this incident, I have linked in the second grief report here. This is even worse than what you did to the farms because it shows direct violation of other users' property and belongings. Please apologize to them in your new ban appeal also,
