So I've had a couple problems in the past with getting login errors. One of them was Bad Login.

Basically if you get this error, open your texture pack folder from the mods and texture pack screen, RIGHT CLICK on your .minecraft folder (if your using mac this may vary) and click on DELETE HISTORY.

This is like deleting your browser cookies, and resets the amount of times you logged in to the server.

It causes no harm to your minecraft files whatsoever and will work every time. Its a very simple solution to an annoying problem.
