Here at Ayak Nation we treat you with respect. We want you to join our town in hopes of making EcoCityCraft a better place to play. We will help those in need, and never turn them down.There are a few rules to this though that you must follow and those are:

Rules​

1.No Greifing NO TOWN TRIAL
2.No More Than 2 People On A Plot
3.If You Were To Live With Someone The Price Will Be Half Af The Plot Price
4.Respect Your Staff And Peers (No Cursing)
5.If You Are Inactive For 7 Days Without A Notice Your Plot And Permissions Will Be Striped From You
6.Do Not Build On Top Of The Leaves, Build Inside Them (You Can Break Them And Make A New Boarder If You Like)
7.There Will Be Weekly Taxes (Price Will Be Determined By The Owner And The Factors Listed Below)
8.No Private Farms Unless Approved By Ayakben Himself
9.You Can Only Build On The Plot You Buy, NOWHERE ELSE
*NEW 10.Houses Labeled "To Be Demolished" Are Free Game To Any Town Member Willing To Do So. They Keep The Supplies They Broke As A Reward. The Buildings To Be Demolished Must Be Announced By Mayor Ayakben Or Current Co-Mayor.(Make Sure To Take Screenshots Of Us Giving The Ok (F2 Key Two Times To Time Stamp It) To Make Sure We Do Not Hold You Accountable For Greif). Any Other Plots Broken By An Individual Except His Or Her Own Will Be Used As Evidence For Greif, Immediate Eviction. NO TOWN TRIAL
*NEW 11.Town Trials Will Be Held If A Person Is Deemed Guilty Enough By A Higher Authority. It Will Then Be Put Up As A Vote By His Or Her Fellow Peers If The Eviction Goes Through Or Not.(Exceptions Listed Above)
12.Have Fun And Enjoy The Town

Taxes​

These taxes will be determined by many factors, these factors are:

1.Buying An EcoCityCraft Donation Feature Within 30 Days (Tax Immunity For The 30 Days)
2.Total Cost Of All Your Plots
3.In-Game Rank
4.How Helpful You Have Been To Ayak Nation
5.Average Income
6.Recent Rank-Up
7.How Long You Have Been Apart Of Ayak Nation

These Taxes Will Not Be Big, But Will Be Very Beneficial To The Town Of Ayak Nation. They Will Not Go Towards My Personal Stash, But Will Be Stored In A Separate Sign Reserved For The Town Funds.
