If i put money in your safe, and i let it be loaned out, what is the guaranteed and approximate rate in which i recieve money?

also, can i do this: pay you 5k, deposit 40k in my account, and come back to deposit more money, and that money is 10k, but you will not take away any of it and i now have 50k in my account.
