Since Andrew told me to post it here ... I thought that it would be a good idea to have a list; for people who are 'banned' from the auction channel. This means they would not be allowed to bid on things, or hold auctions. I'm thinking of there being a rule to get on the auction blacklist; something like "any person in this blacklist has been complained about more than 3 times". So obviously the community would exile people into it.
