No, I got kicked out of the town, most likely for bowing down to 151Baccardi and then Siepher quit ECC, so once I got readded to the town, it became a ghost town and now half of the stuff is torn down and its a sad wasteland but her Empire will live on forever!!! The nation's capital is AMAZING
