ALL BUILDS, EVEN TOWN BUILD ARE PRIVATE OWNED. THIS MEANS YOU CAN OFFER TO BUY ANY PLOT OR BUILD YOU SEE. (NOTE: THE TOWN HALL IS THE ONLY EXCEPTION. THAT BUILDING ALONE IS CITY OWNED.)

Town Rules
General Rules
1. Follow any and all server rules put forth by it's staff
2. No greifing (Note: There are no exceptions all grifers will be kicked immediately)
3. No vulgar/hateful speech or trolling on signs or chat
4. Do not edit town builds this includes ( The town hall, Glowstone, signs placed by staff and roads)
Building Rules
1. A build cannot be smaller than 6 blocks by 6 blocks
2. A build must be built with 2 different blocks
3. Dirt can NOT be used in any build
4. Do not build outside your owned plot
5. Emerald, diamond, and gold blocks can not be used on the outside of your build
6. No ores can be used in the outer build
