    Ok so I thought i would fix the sniping thing in the lotto and make it fair for everyone so i made a lotto with a delay so its random and i do it not looking at it are player made lottos allowed this is my question?

    They arent. I had a chat with nradke. There is too much of a risk that you can rip people off. Even if you provide proof of the random number system you use.
