Chest-access non_members deny​

What are you suggesting:

Just like how we made the global lands to have a build deny on archive, and how we made use default to deny on the current main server, make the chest-access flag default to a non_members deny throughout all of archive.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

If we want to preserve archive, a default flag like this might be a great idea since many players don't want their stuff taken by those LWC hunters, but cannot go to Archive too often or cannot remember where every chest is.

Remember, people are not active on archive and cannot casually open chests within the six month period before the December LWC period. They actually have to make bigger strides to ensure they are safe, which is very annoying for most people, especially since a good amount of them cannot add a chest-access deny to their towns anymore.​
