    Actually there is a Small Home available. It is across @falconaires manor, it's @Redstone_Masters ' Home. He doesn't own it anymore and accidentally left his sign up for some bizarre reason.

    @Falconaire used to create custom homes for people in the town, although I do not think he does them anymore.

    He does if the person is a special exception, albeit custom houses are very expensive. Mine probably would have been 50-60k had I not been a friend of Falcon's at the time.

    Does one have to be a resident rank or higher to buy a property? I'm only builder rank -- but I'm mining my heart out and have the funds to buy a medium house if one is available.
