Reply here if either of you are interested. If both are interested, then it will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Also, the home's lwcs have been removed I just /cpublic'ed the front doors so that nobody troll locks it.
Okay, so here are the latest developments. One naval/royal vessel now for sale for $2000. @sthegreat2 @Sharkykzn Both of you are interested in buying the home, and it is only fair for both of you to have the opportunity to buy it. So, here are the options. 1) We host a private (silent) auction, in forum pm, starting at the base price of $8000. The highest "bidder" in a twenty-four hour period would buy the house. 2) We sell on a first-come, first-serve basis. Whoever is online at the same time as me will have the opportunity to buy the home right then and there for the price of $8000. (I will be online around 4ish PM EST tomorrow, Sunday May 4) 3) Note: Both parties would have to agree to this. If both of you would be interested, we could set up a possible method in which you both live together where each of you pays half of the price ($4000 apiece). One upside to this option would be that if one of you goes inactive, the other will still retain permissions to the house and can potentially have you rejoining the house upon your return. [We would work out exact terms/conditions if you both would like this option]
Let's make this simple, as I already have a large house, although custom builds are suspended until the town is expanded, and as @sthegreat2 had requested a home in Aquila, I can be patient. Sunday, 4th May is the window for @sthegreat2 to buy the house, should the player want it. If no deal has taken place by Monday 5th May, I will follow up with you @williamannin to buy the house. In the meantime, should I need more space, I still have the option of building a basement.

The custom home is now sold to @sthegreat2 Newest Information: Market Stalls are now available in the town market for the one-time fee of $200 (no rent or additional pricing unlike the market or other such shopping areas). Please note they are only available if you already have permissions to the town of Aquila. They are for life unless you go inactive, in which the stall will be evicted without refund.

I don't know it off the top of my head, but: For Tp users, use /warp aquila. Portal: Towns 3, either turn left/right/behind and walk straight ahead. The portal is at the very end of one of those directions, meaning if you kept walking straight in that direction, you would walk right through it. (The portal is not hidden inside a row)
