    Reason: Trying to kill a player in a non-pvp zone...
    Counter-reason: well Whoscoolthisguy tried to kill me first. First he tried drowning me in water while i was afk then a sand trap! In self defence I had to make a move back.... I got banned by zard.... Please forgive me.... I didn't think what i was doing was wrong because it was in self defence. Please give me another chance. I could have run off but I couldn't because i was stuck in a hole....

Several key have broken off my keyboard so its hard to type commands quickly so as a result i was not able to do /spawn in a short amount time because i knew if i took too long he would try to kill me! Please give me just one last chance!!!

    LDeBernardi Actually, I wasn't trying to do anything to you first you were warned to leave my town by me and zardgyer you refused. Then you kept on doing crap to me and what you didn't know was that zardgyer was watching you in vanish mode. Mods I am not trying to minimod or anything I just wanted to say what really happened so that I don't end up getting in trouble for stuff i didn't do. Bye!

    He had asked me to leave his town so I did and I went to the next town over but he still pursued me and greifed the bridge that connects the two towns so that I could fall into the water........ My delay in leaving his town was due to some lag.

    I'm sure neither whos or me want this ban to stay...... We both have beens friends for a long time! We both forgive each other and now we are both happy but also sad that I am banned......

    LDeBernardi Please be more honest in your next appeal. You were not afk, and even if you did not attempt to actually kill him with the sand, and it was "only an attempt to get away" which you had plenty of opportunities to do beforehand, then can you please explain why you were harassing whoscoolthisguy and standing directly outside of his town rather than going about your buisness? Please do so in your next appeal.
