Reason: disrespect and lieing to staff
Counter-Reason: sorry for the misunderstanding, i was unaware that you were currently undertaking a difficult situation. Im sorry i mentioned that thing i wasnt supposed to mention. I was not online on ECC, i had just logged on changed it to global chat and thought i would announce what i just did after listening to some people in vent. If i had known that I was contributing to a difficult situation with a certain comsone, i of course wouldnt have mentioned it. I did not see you post it wasnt to be mentioned and im sorry for arguing with mods during a time they were trying to keep something under the hat. This is to childersc directly, again sorry if i was arguing I was merely trying to maintain my ignorance which is no excuse. I do believe the situation was a bit difficult for the mod and i really just came in and said the wrong thing at the wrong time. I am not trying to justify what i said because i understand that the mod was just trying to keep a certain someone safe from trouble/problems. Sorry i didnt know i was contributing to the problem. I said what i said then was disconnected by mod, i didnt understand the reason why. After reconnecting i simply maintained my ignorance and innocence and was accused of being a liar, which is concievable considering the situation but in fact was not the truth. I have never undermined a mods authority before and I didnt do that on purpose now. If i did undermind the mod, im sorry for doing so. If simply asked or told not to mention the thing i mentioned i would have complied. Sorry to make the mod repeat himself but i had just joined. Sorry to have helped complicate things, once again, sorry for making an allready bad situation worst I did not do it with malevolence. I honestly believe if you check the chat logs and see when i logged in you might believe me when i say i didnt know what was going on. Thanks for you time I really would like to continue to play on ECC.
** in case you couldnt allready tell i have gone out of my way not to mention that thing i mentioned in channel that caused this situation. It has now become apparent what was going on and why i was kicked for mentioning it.
Evidence: i was unable to capture a screen shot because they incident happened so quickly. If they chat logs are recorded im sure the situation could be better understood by reviewing them

Thank you. I believe you did a decent job on your appeal and you understand why you got banned. I will ask a supermod to reduce this to a temp ban.
Please understand while I understand you trying to stand up for yourself, disrespecting us and continuously questioning our judgement is why you got banned. Next time if a mod says something and you don't like it or how it is being handled simply do a complaint per the complaint forums instructions. Our moderator team is in place to make the playing environment friendly and happy for all of our community and guests. -
I learned about the full situation. And while it does seem there was a misunderstanding. There was also a lot of staff disrespect. That is something that we can not tolerate. However, I also see this is your first offence of any kind. And you clearly put a lot of time and effort into this appeal.
I'm changing your ban to a 12 hour temp ban. This will give you time to settle down and read the server rules. I'm sure we won't have another situation like this.
