Thank you for appealing. Looking back at your records I see that this is the third time that you were caught griefing in a protected town. We have no tolerance for griefing in protected towns, and as a resident, I know you are well aware of this as you were required to go over all of our rules prior to applying. People who are a part of protected towns trust that their structures/items are going to be safe, and that trust shouldn't be questioned. They work hard to get where they are and have spent a lot of money for these plots and towns.

Because you have been gone for over a year and that this is your third offense with griefing I will be issuing a 1 day temp ban. During this time I would like you to go over our rules as some may have changed within this time, and you should familiarize yourself with these rules to avoid any further issues with them in the future. I don't advise you doing any more griefing in protected towns as it will result in a longer ban.
