    Reason: Swearing at another user.
    Counter Reason: I got banned for swearing at another user, but I was falsely charged because it was not me. My 10 year old brother came onto my computer and decided to curse at a different player. He is very irresponsible, and I believe that I should be unbanned for that reason.
    Evidence: I can supply no evidence, but I can assure that this will never happen again.

    You were not falsely charged because this was done on your account. You are responsible for all actions done on your account by anyone who is using it. To avoid this in the future I suggest you change your password/log out when you are going to be afk for long period of time. I will unban you this time, but I do not want to see this kind of language again especially toward another user.
