Reason: Auto fishing in the mining world

Clause 4 - Third Party Programs, Auto-Clicking, Auto-Farming, etc.

• The use of third party programs that create any form of advantage that does not require you to do work while playing Minecraft is strictly prohibited, and can result in a ban.
• EcoCityCraft staff have measures in place to test for users auto-clicking and using third party programs. Users caught auto-clicking, auto-fishing, using an aimbot, or any other distinct advantage to exploit game play will be punished appropriately.
• Any form of auto money generation, including, but not limited to, auto-farming and auto-fishing, is completely prohibited by any means.
• If you are caught using macros or clients to generate money without having to do any work, you will be punished, up to and including the extent of being permanently banned and having everything you own wiped off the server.
• Be warned that we take this very seriously, and processes that result in auto money generation are a serious risk to our economy's stability.

Counter-Reason: I was present and clicking at the time of the ban... I have had my eyes closed fighting and fighting a headache, was doing fishing because honestly it required like zero concentration, and the methodology behind this statement will be explained below.

Evidence:
While I acknowledge, the knowledge needed to use macros, because of the servers rules against this and the money I have invested into features towards the servers, my use of macros is limited to starting minecraft, and connecting to the server. This may seem as a petty thing to use macros for, but its timed to ensure that my minecraft is up and running when I get home from work.

On the night in question, as stated in my original ban appeal, I was sitting in a dark room with my lights off, and a headache. To further explain my methods behind how it was in which I am able to maintain a steady clicking without my mouse moving, I use something very low tech, a bit of black electrical tape on the bottom of my mouse to ensure I don't slowly drift away from the thing I am clicking at so feverishly. Furthermore, the following subsequent steps include the use of powertools that way I can use my mouse wheel to switch between items. These commands to include /sell all, /repair all and /clear bow. The final command that I was using in this instance was /home spawnerskell to reorient me back towards the spawner.

I do however extremely apologize for any and all misunderstandings that have come from this situation, and also do acknowledge the previous ban, and appeal that resulted in the lifting of that ban by kuke. In both instances my folly was a lack of attention paid to my screen, while clicking, and worse off being that they were both instances happening so close to one another. The slow response is due to me finally giving into sleep last night after I posted my ban appeal. Over the next couple of days, if my responses, if any are needed may be further hindered due to me being in the process of coming off of a deployment finally.
