    Counter-Reason: Sorry someone that was teamed with me killed me and lied and I got mad, and the second time I saw someone cheating. I apologize for cussing when I got mad. Next time when I get mad I wont cuss on this server. Next time i'll just report them and figure out how to take a screen shot instead of cussing at them when I see them flying/cheating to win. This has taught me not to cuss on this server, but I really wish you guys did a temp ban before you do a forever ban. That would teach someone not to do something without not letting them ever play again. Thankyou, and I hope you atleast turn it into a temp ban. I love this server! This is the only server with a point in playing it. Im really sorry and Thankyou!

    Clause 2 - Vulgarity
    • Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks, or any other way of communicating.
      • Occasional mild to moderate vulgarities that are not directed at anyone (such as "slip-ups" or saying them in the incorrect chat by accident), self-censorship of a swear word or abbreviations that may imply a swear word (ie. WTF?) are allowed.
    • Repeated or excessive swearing, and especially vulgar language directed at anyone, is not tolerated under any circumstance.
    • Racist language of any sort falls under the vulgarity rule, and is considered a very serious offence, punishment of which may not warrant a warning before being given.

    I want to first say that everyone who first hears of EcoCityCraft is welcome to join. It is by disregarding the rules and damaging the playing environment that they lose the privilege to play.

    EcoCityCraft prides itself to provide a friendly environment for a variety of players across many age groups from all around the world. Vulgar language and rage at other players is unacceptable on EcoCityCraft. Regardless of the misfortunes that may happen to you, raging and using obscene language does not help the situation. It only creates more misfortune and resentment for other players. If everyone responds in a hostile fashion, the environment is not safe or friendly for anyone. EcoCityCraft takes this very seriously. Simply temp-banning a user does not encourage the felon analyze their actions.

    In your case, staff issued you several warnings. You were expected to reassess your actions. You did not. We ban people when they are out of control. If we just temp banned, we would have no way of knowing if someone seriously considered what they did wrong, and we'd be letting someone return to the server who could cause havoc without any care what-so-ever. As staff, we are here not only to help people, but to safeguard the community.

    In your appeal, you have identified that in the future, you would hope to gather evidence of the wrongdoings of others, to file complaints, instead of raging. This is a good sign, and I hope you take that to heart. Please review the server rules, and take some time to read an article on ECC's wiki about collecting proper evidence.
