    Hi,
    In regards to my previous appeals here (1) and here (2), I'd like to express my regret for doing the actions I have done to Hiketon.

    However, I would like to say that most of what I posted up in my second appeal request was true - I was lagging, the sign's placement, and my intention to clear the water once I had obtained a new computer. It wasn't that I was making excuses up for my actions - I did state that I had caused some problems, and that some of it was intentional. I only didn't take on the action to apologize for these actions, which is the purpose of this appeal.

    So thus, I'm sorry for the griefing (or trolling) I have caused at Hiketon, and the time that has been used on these appeals and restoring Hiketon. I am sure that it won't happen again.

    I am glad you have decided to appeal your ban. Before I making a ruling I have a few things I'd like to say. First and foremost the rule you broke is:

    As we have already established, your mayor has determined that your actions were grief. I recognize that you felt it was your right as it was your plot, however, the plot is in the process of being reclaimed which you were aware of. That being said I will be unbanning you but first I would like you to read the rules located here:
