    Reason of Ban: Abuse of water feature to grief mining spawn location

    Rule violated: section:7 claus:2 mining world

    Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: well it means do not grief the spawn area in mining world to say it straight out, since that is the only protected area.

    Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: first of all the ban is unfail i was atleast 200+ blocks away from spawn, second of all the rules are missleading, *server features - mining* states black in white *Griefing is not punishable.* also seen on this link http://www.ecocitycraft.com/wiki/index.php?title=Server_Features#Mining only saw the rules specific afterwards. but still not a fair ban reason in my eyes since i was not that near spawn!.

    but to get to the point. i am having a bad day, and i am sorry that it got taken out over the people of the village in mining world.

    This is the rule for the Water Feature and if in fact you did greif the spawn area you broke this rule:

    Clause 2: Water and Pyro


      • Supporters who have the water and pyro features are not allowed to grief with those items in protected zones, including any and all spawn areas.
      • This includes attempts to kill people with these perks in non-PvP areas.
      • If caught you will immediately have those features removed from you and will face punishment on our server. This can include a rollback of your actions and a possible ban.
      • It says you can't greif protected areas and it is punishable by ban.

    @alscarface This is no place to have an attitude toward staff members. You broke the rules and messed up the mining world near spawn so bad that people were getting dced from the server when trying to enter. You may appeal again in 24h and I would like to see a little more respect shown.
