So confused about what happened

They you see one of them make a thread called "Explanation", you would really think it would be explaining why they resigned. You made this thread to stop rumors? Staff try their best to please and assist the community. Sometimes there are times when the pressure is high. During this time, events happen and sometimes things are not thought off before execution.

Also, I very much prefer the staff we have currently.They're helpful enough and friendly to the community.

Don't understand why people do not like some of the most experienced, caring, and helpful staff members back on the team. Just the thought of that...I simply do not comprehend. Me getting back on the team, sure, I would understand belligerence. However, for these guys, the hostile attitude is not needed, and is something that I cannot comprehend.

I think you are misunderstanding the conversation going on.

There hasn't been a single player who has stated they don't like/want these two on the staff team. In fact, we all have pretty much stated the opposite. We hold these two up to higher standards because they are so trusted/respected. The issue was with the 'explanation' that some players thought didn't explain anything.

I am perfectly fine not hearing a full explanation/the reason(s) for your guys' resignations. There are always personal reasons that do not need shared with lots of people. It is a norm not tell tons of people (especially ones you do not all know personally) your personal reasons for many choices.

Having a thread at all - apology mainly or not - is more than enough imho. It's a giant leap in the right direction compared to past events that have no reason to be constantly brought up.

I was sitting in my house reading a book, then... I felt my body disappear. It was as if I had lost a leg. I couldn't explain the feeling... didn't know why it happened... now I know. It feels like my leg has regrown! Your back on the team!

 

No but seriously, you both were great staff members in my eyes so welcome back

 

1. This is not real life
2. At its heart, this is a game about a little square guy building big things with blocks.
3. If you feel yourself getting wound up becasue they didn't tell you their private video game business, maybee it's time to log out and read a book.....or take a walk....or ice cream! Chocolate is superior, but any flavor will do.

 

You had me until the chocolate statement. Now all of your statements are invalid.

1. This is real life
2. At its heart, this is a server built upon its community.
3. Yadda yadda, blah blah blah, and so forth... chocolate is inferior and you should expand your taste pallet rather than settle for the lowest denominator.
