-We currently have one apartment with nine rooms, prices vary from $650 to $1250 per room. More apartments coming soon.

-There is a shopping center which currently has unsold shops, each shop is priced at $2500. The town portal is located within the shopping center providing for decent levels of traffic walking past the shops.

-In order to become a resident/shop owner in Wismar you must read the rules and also pay a one time community farm access fee of $1750. That fee allows for unlimited access to at least one farm level at any given time. No tricks, one payment of $1750 for use of the community farms. This is of course required to become a member but a one time payment of $1750 for the access fee and the price of your apartment beats what many other mayors are offering. As more residents buy apartment rooms, I will add to the selection of farms in the town.
