I'm running and jumping around looking for a place to build and keep getting kicked.​

Update: It has been 10 minutes and it happens every time i walk down a mountain. It's happened no less than 10 times It's unplayable at this point. 0ms, Fly/Clip/Speed.
I only have optifine on. idk what else to do.
