Swimming in mining world and keep getting lost connection or anti cheat kick​

Just swimming in ocean​

Only happens when I swim ontop of water and not when I dive

 

Can't make a video right now but just did it again to make sure it still happens.
Warped to mining world, jumped into a river and held space bar to float on top of the water (I don't have fly in mining world)
