In Game Name: VolvithShort title for your report: Anti-Cheat Kick-Hungry for fast placementWhat client are you using: VanillaWhich server were you on: MainWhich world were you in: risingWhat time did the issues and/or kick take place: 3:57PM NetherlandsPing on kick: 100Code received: FastPlaceDescription of the issue: Whenever i try to use a macro like i've done for literally years now, on a 50-60ms interval, i get kicked by fast-place. Right after reset i used 20-30ms on farms without even a single kick.Reproduction instructions: Macro right click, put it on a 50-60ms interval, have fun, get kicked, don't have fun.How many times did you recreate this: 3/4 times.Video evidence:
And again at 90ms ping, gonna just play again with interval for now. EDIT: Also, noticed that ghost-blocks appear WAY more frequently. Not sure if this is related to anti-cheat, or just performance loss because Mojang can't get their shit together.
We do not support anything other than vanilla environments and functionality. If your macro is not working you will have to find a way to make it work. We can & only will act on reports that can be reproduced without any tools, such as macros. Regarding ghost blocks, we would need a new report about this with detailed information.
Yeah thought as much, but i thought it was worth firing in a report just in case. Anyways i'll keep an eye on ghost blocks, it seems to be less prevalent today, so i'm halfway positive it might have just been my connection, and anything beyond that is probably 1.17 fuckery, but i'll keep an eye out in case it becomes more prevalent consistently. Cheers.
We pushed quite a large Anti-Cheat update a few hours ago during maintenance, so that may have solved it.
Yeah, that could very well be it. I'll keep an eye out just to be sure, but i noticed serious improvement between just now and yesterday, mostly in just being able to use a right-click macro to place blocks in front of me while walking over them at /speed 10. Yesterday it would just yeet the blocks immediately, and essentially make you walk on temporary blocks, but today it seemed a lot more stable. Could also be that it was a compound problem, between my ISP being fucky, and anti-cheat making things just a tad slower... Anyways, again, i'll keep an eye out and report back if it gets worse, but for now, basically consider the 'problem' near-fixed.
Our Anti-Cheat is currently having quite a few issues internally. These have been identified as of yesterday and an update should come within 1-3 days. After this update we will update those who have issues via their H/S threads and see if the issues continue.
We have just pushed an update to our Anti-Cheat. Please let us know if this is still happening to you after my reply here just now.
