...Then I split it with jets, put in 250 into the last one with him, and we lost it all to SonnyCPretzel who had 800 tickets. He won 1.4 million.

So, I lost 250k. :D

Yes, I am. As it turns out, my original plan for making money doesn't work (yet) and I only have a week and a half to make 1 million. I figured the only way I could make the rest of the 750k I needed was to sell my portal block and play lottery. So, I tried to play lottery. Had I won that lottery, I actually would have been only 250k away from 1 million, and I would have just sold my portal block for that. Since the lottery plan has failed too now and I'm out of things to sell, I've only got one more option...
