I have less experience with large projects, and building, as that is not one of my strong suits. However, joining America would allow me to gain the valuable knowledge of the large-scale projects and their processes to help with anything that may be thrown my way.
What are some qualities you posses that puts you above the average applicant:
I am very calm. Even in stressful situations, I do not panic and assess things calmly and plan a source of action. ​

I am also a very good teammate and willing to work with anyone to help succeed, whether it be at a greater cost to me than what is being returned.

Minecraft-wise, I am relatively good at SG and would be honored to help build the team up. I take pride in my play and am an excellent teammate to those around me. I also have good communication skills in SG, relaying simple words or keys to state my position or where an enemy may be located. I also have good salesmanship and can drive a deal home quickly and effectively (an not excluding any steps.) I am also very fiscally responsible. I do not lotto and know how to effectively pay off debts and make smart purchases.

Indeed I have. I headed TeamOnyx's SG team before it's dissolution, and currently have a team of friends that I play and team in SG with.
