Just report your post and ask for it to be locked.
Why cut down even more stuff Staff have to do?

 

Moderators have a job to do, and they have to deal with forum posts and threads. Let them do their job.

 

It doesn't really seem like that big of an issue to have to change.

I would like to see a tag that counts for all Moderators

That way you can tag us all rather then having to write out every single mod name, :p

 

@Mission001 you guys tell us not to tag staff though :/

 

This can be done with the TagMe add on.

I know, thats why i suggested it,

Im sure most staffer are tagged when people want topics closed,
Most people also tag rather then report for closing topics, i myself do not mind being tagged for things like that, I just dont like being tagged bumping a report/complaint or in random general discussion.

 

It should have a request help button. It would give every mod+ an alert sign/a description of what is needed

Thread locking is performed by staff for reasons needed. Instead, add the @moderators tag as suggested above.

 

Feel free to create another suggestion for the Moderator thing :)
