What are you suggesting:

I’m suggesting that builders can apply for a /warp​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

This only really effects the very few people who managed to get a spawn town that want to stay a builder. I’d like to apply for a /warp for my spawn town but currently this requires you to be Mayor+.

I don’t see any harm in offering this application to builders as there would only ever be a minuscule amount of players who fall into the situation of been a town owner at builder.​
