Turn off chat mentions for vanished ppl​

What are you suggesting:

I suggest to turn off the chatmentions when a user is in vanish.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

When a user is in vanish, the player has there reasons to do so. To example, I´d go in vanish when i dont want to get annoyed / messaged etc., therefore its logical to turn them off for a player when he is in vanish. The vanished player should be able to use it, but he should not get pinged when he is vanished.​
