What are you suggesting:

im suggesting the cost of transferring ownership of a town be scaled down depending on how old the town is, i understand the current 150k transfer price is there to deter people from paying builders to rank up in exchange for their mayor towns but it doesnt make as much sense for people who are just trying to buy a town from someone because that person doesn't want the town anymore.(perhaps new town(150k) 2 month old town(100k) 3 month+ town (50k)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

it would make things easier for people who arent just trying to get cheap easy towns from builders​
