Terracotta /desmelt​

What are you suggesting:

Add it so terracotta can turn into clay with /desmelt​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I feel this was forgotten about with /desmelt. Glazed Terracotta can be desmelted back to their respective color terracotta, so this addition also makes sense​
