What are you suggesting:

Im suggesting a buff in the ratio of types of fish caught between max rod and star rod​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Because upon testing the max rod outperformed the star rod. This would be a good addition to ecc to put more of a margin and desirability between a base layer max tool and an expensive star tool​
