Service Fee for Raffle​

What are you suggesting:

Bring back the old "tax" from lotto like back in the day but label it as "Service Fees" seeing how this is a community raffle. For example: When buying 1 raffle ticket, a fee of $150 will be deducted from the winnings pot. Allotting $850 to go to the winner. (Service Fee % to be decided)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Ideally this would have a positive affect on bringing down the ECD.​
