    Short title for your suggestion:
    Remove Pt Cooldown until 2.0​
    What are you suggesting:
    Since sell cooldowns got removed, remove pt cooldowns aswell. They were added when sell cooldowns were added. Since sell cooldowns have been removed until ecc 2.0, remove pt cooldown aswell.​
    Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
    PT cooldown isnt needed if sell cooldown isnt needed either.​

    +1 I like the idea of it since it makes some projects/buildings get to be bad and hard to do.
