Working with either water of lava is damn near impossible now that powertool has been lobotomized as much as it is, and has been rendered virtually useless.Other information:
If the reason for powertool being neutered is that /sell was limited to once every 5 seconds, /sell should be reduced in cooldown to 1 second too.
Pre-reset, i can understand that there would have been a reason to prevent mass-selling of goods to crank up bank ECD in the face of the transfer, but we're a couple months into 2.0 now, and i believe the limiting of /sell, and presumably /pt is obsolete in function and now only serves as a minor annoyance for those using /sell (it's not even a deterrent, it just takes longer), and a crippling punishment for those using /pt for water/lava in big projects.
If i am misunderstanding the reason for this limitation, please elaborate before denying this suggestion.Plugin or custom addition:

I can literally make a macro to do a " t /fill water enter" macro on a button press bypassing the pt cooldown anyway. Just gives the less technlogical people an even advantage.-

Literally does nothing but annoys us users. It isnt a long enough cooldown to have any impact other than to be annoying.

+1 i think this was enabled when magic was at its peak before reset & the big shops like ness & beagle were making lots of $$$. that is out of the pic since magic isnt everyday anymore

Cooldown lowered to 0.5 seconds, better than suggested. :)
This will prevent the exploits we are trying to prevent by having a cooldown, and at the same time give a nice functioning powertool.
/sell cooldown will never be touched on the other hand.-
