Reduce the /csn history cooldown.Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
It is currently is a nightmare trying to look through pages of shop sales with a 5 second cooldown.Other information:
As the /pt cooldown has been reduced and there is no economic gain from /csn history, a reduction of said command would be nice for shop owners who like to see who buys and sells what to their shops. :)

I mean it sort of feels a little non-sequitur to be making a power tool comparison here.
The powertool cool down was really clearly an economic control but this one is probably due to concerns on taxing the db -- so more limiting on if it can be removed.-

It was more a "on the subject of reducing pt cooldown, here's another thing that we should consider lowering if possible".
Anyway, +1. I want to actually keep track of what's being sold to me and currently it's infuriating.-

+1 if the amount of database calls doesn't adversely impact performance.
I'd say lower it to 1 for a bit, and raise it back to 5 if it turns out it absolutely breaks the server.-
