Change the system that denies the ability to place Bedrock, Barriers, and Jigsaw Blocks from the current plugin being used to the already developed Block-Place-Deny flag set on the __Global__ region.Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
Right now the placement of these blocks are blocked globally, even inside the personal property of players in the form of their towns.Other information:
This suggestion would allow a user to use the preexisting worldguard priority system to manually enable the placement of these currently denied blocks to certain groups of players, within their own towns.
I don’t see a reason why players should be stopped from using these harmless but currently blocked blocks within their own towns.
Obviously, this suggestion would only apply to blocked items that serve no actual exploitative purpose, it would not extend to banned redstone or similar things.
Since this would only be available to users with tc+++, the chance of a mistake is low, but even if one did happen, the impact is much lower then other mistakes that happen all the time, such as losing a tool.Plugin or custom addition:

This suggestion would require executing four small actions total... not something that would take long at all.

For starters, can you state for certain that with ECC's 90%+ custom code that this is an easy implement?
For second, using an argument "it's easy to implement" isn't a strong argument to add something. It's easy to implement the ability for everyone to use the /give command, so why isn't that added?
And for final, demand is crucial for suggestions. From what I learned from suggestions, they get added if...
1.) It helps make ECC a better server to play on
2.) It fixes a problem
3.) The community wants it
4.) It doesn't conflict with anything else on the server
Basically, the more that get checked off, the better
Now going by this suggestion:
1.) Unless it was changed recently, barriers can be placed. Could be wrong as I haven't placed a barrier in a while. If they are still placeable, then the other blocks aren't really needed for being placeable. If not, then ok, I agree JUST BARRIERS should be placeable to make ECC a more fun server to play on.
2.) Again, if barriers are not placeable right now, then it fixes a problem, but then the suggestion should be to make them placeable again.
3.) Off of what @Speed42jh said, I don't think anyone would lose sleep either way, and I don't know how many people would honestly use this (although I can speculate it would be very low)
4.) I can't state if it would conflict or not. If the fact barriers became unplaceable recently holds true, I'm sure there is a reason for that.
Regardless, for the full suggestion, I need to -1, however I would be on board to agree to make barriers placeable again (if they are not placeable at the moment).-

+1 I would like to build stuff with a few new blocks, and like mr. bob said, maybe a few more people would buy town control stuff. If this is a time consuming addition and mr. andy is too busy, I understand. However there is definitely demand for this suggestion. I've seen multiple people in global chat asking about placing jigsaw blocks. And barriers and bedrock wouldn't hurt either.

When I first came to the server exploring other peoples towns, builds, and events has been and continues to be the most fun I'd had in a while. So I'm all for additions like these which can add unique and fun options for both players and creators!-

Perhaps just enable breaking placed bedrock.
They changed the magic picks fortune qualities on placed ores, which basically means it is possible to detect whether a block has been placed or naturally generated.-
