What part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for:
    All Main Servers
    Short title for your suggestion:
    Owned Item Claiming
    What are you suggesting:
I am suggesting that it be possible to claim an item that has been owned by a banned or inactive player, similar to claiming towns. This ability could be linked to a rank.
Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
If a player has gained access to an item, let's say by taking another player's town with the tycoon rank, that player should be able to own anything he/she finds in the town. I believe this should extend to items from users that have been banned or inactive (6 months) from the game as the items will still be used regardless, and the old owner will not be needing it.

I don't like the idea of redistributing items from banned players.
This just floods the economy with items even further and is counter productive towards the goals we've recently been trying to achieve.
@ClarinetPhoenix can override my decision here if she likes, but it's a no from me.
Let us know what you think Clare.

Yeah I agree with what Andrew said here. This isn't something I plan on changing.
