What are you suggesting:

I am suggesting adding a flag similar to the walk-speed flag where nightvision would be applied to the user in that region.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

This would be a good addition because you could have regions where no physical lights are needed such as torches, glowstone, etc. One specific use could be for a large netherwart farm or something underground.​

Other information:

Since users without fly/speed can have the walk-speed flag applied to them, I don't see how this would be an issue to add /nv to a user without the feature.​
